Shipping and Returns Policy

 

Standard UK Mainland Deliveries Only

Free delivery to UK mainland addresses for orders of a minimum total value of £100 excluding VAT.
A standard non-refundable delivery charge of £6.99 (plus VAT) applies to all orders of a total value under £100 excluding VAT.

For UK mainland orders completed before 1.00 pm, will be processed within one working day and ideally delivered between 1-3 working days (Mon – Fri), subject to availability and except public bank holidays.

Larger bulk orders which exceed our courier rates will be delivered by pallet within 2-3 working days between 9 am-5 pm. (Additional charges may apply for timed delivery with our pallet company, subject to availability).

Please ensure that the correct delivery address, contact number, and postcode are given when ordering to avoid any delays and additional charges for goods to reach you.

All deliveries must be checked, counted, and signed for at the point of delivery. All failed delivery attempts may be either returned or held awaiting further instructions. We reserve the right to recharge any additional delivery costs to re-attempt delivery.

Additional Delivery Charges

 

The following postcode areas classified as “remote” by our carrier and will incur additional shipping charges (charges will be based on the total weight and dimension of the consignment): Scottish Highlands – AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50,

Scottish Islands – HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3 as well as Northern and Southern Ireland.

If you would like your order shipped to any of the postcodes listed above, or to a non-mainland UK address such as the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man or Channel Islands, please contact us to request a quote for the shipping charge prior to placing your order. Shipping charges are calculated according to the weight, dimensions and delivery destination of the order and we will advise you of the shipping charge before we take the payment for it and complete your order.

Returns

To start a return process, you can contact us at hello@ecodining.co.uk. Please note that returning goods will need to be sent to our warehouse. Address will be provided once your return request is accepted. You can drop us a message with query to initiate returns process.

Returns of goods which are not faulty are at our sole discretion. For goods to be considered for return they must be unopened cases that are in the same condition as they left our warehouse and not have sustained any damage. If you would like to discuss a return you should contact us directly. Please be aware that as the customer, you are responsible for returning the goods to our warehouse at your own expense. We will not be responsible for any goods lost in transit.

If you are returning goods, we would recommend ensuring returned goods are sent on a recorded, signed-for service.

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • We cannot arrange specific timed collections.
  • Charges are still applicable for failed collections where a customer is not available or the business is found to be closed at the attempted collection time.

Once the goods have been received and checked by the warehouse, we will issue either a credit note or a refund. Please note a 15% restocking charge is applicable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (no later than 24 hours). if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and sort it out soon as possible.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Refund

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and your refund amount is not credited back, please contact us at hello@ecodining.co.uk
